Through simple visualization exercises you will discover how easy it is to travel time and cross-dimensionally.

I then guide you in a meditation, through which you can see a past life and a future life and meet your guides. Your higher self will show you the images that will give you an answer to your question.
It is a beautiful journey into your expanded consciousness.

At the end of each segment you will write down your experiences and there is the opportunity to share your experiences with the group, if you wish. These moments of sharing are always fascinating. There is so much we can learn from each other’s experiences and from the group energy.

The technique used was developed by Dolores Cannon, best known for her work in the field of quantum hypnosis (QHHT). She has documented her results in more than 18 books. This is not a QHHT session, as it is always given individually and in person. This is about a mild form of hypnosis.
